A case to disscuss

..

A patient complaining of pain in his lower second moloar tooth
after clinical examinations,
heavy calculus is found on the surface of all lower teeth
the dentist do scaling and polishing for him and prescribe Chlorhexidine mouth wash for him
but patient came the next time with the same pain and he mentioned that he could not drink cold water
after clinical examinations, the tooth is sound and no evidence for any problem
so what will be the cause of pain ?!
and what is the treatment should be done!

u have to take I O P x_ray 4 lower 7 may be there is a pocket or( G. recession may cause the same
(pain.
